Molly is an East Coast native, but a California girl at heart! Teaching at GritCycle combines some of her greatest loves – music, fitness and community. She is a health food and group fitness addict and loves to explore new recipes and ways to take care of her body – boxing classes and home brewing Kombucha to name a few. She gets really motivated to move and challenge herself when she hears a hip-hop song with a killer beat. She takes dancing on a bike to a new level and likes to keep the moves simple in order to focus on building core strength.
Molly is also a women’s apparel designer and couldn’t be more excited to finally be teaching fitness and working in design. Both of these things are at the core of who she is and is so grateful to be able to spend her days pursuing both of her dreams!
