Michelle moved to Orange Country from San Diego and fell in love with indoor cycling. The energy at GritCycle felt contagious and the buzz she felt after a great class kept her coming back for more. Currently teaching pilates along with cycle, Michelle believes the balance between the two is the perfect recipe for a happy and healthy body. In the Saddle Room, Michelle loves a good oblique crunch and is always down for a sprint. You can expect high energy, motivating and challenging experience!
