GRITCYCLE X LSKD X SIP+DIP: The Ultimate Wellness Event

Join us for an incredible collaboration between GritCycle, LSKD, and Sip+Dip on Sunday, October 20th at our Costa Mesa location! This event is designed to bring our community together for an energizing ride followed by refreshing recovery experiences. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or new to the studio, this event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, enjoy new gear, and recover with the benefits of cold plunging!

 

 

Event Details:
  • Time: 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm
  • Location: GritCycle’s Costa Mesa location
  • Class: 12 PM taught by Chelsea H.
  • Post-Ride Recovery: Sip+Dip cold plunge

 

For this special event, LSKD is providing COMPLIMENTARY OUTFITS to all riders who sign up for Chelsea’s 12 PM class at our Costa Mesa location, making sure you look and feel your best while you sweat it out.

 

After the ride, the fun continues with Sip+Dip’s cold plunges—perfect for enhancing your post-workout recovery. 

 

 

How to Join:
  • Book your class through the GritCycle’s app or on the GritCycle website. The class goes live on Sunday, October 13th at 4:30 PM.
  • Upon arrival you’ll be asked to sign a waiver for participation and photography.
  • The post class cold plunge is complimentary for those riding in the 12 PM class
  • Community members not riding can still participate by purchasing Sip+Dip tickets separately.

A portion of ticket sales will be donated to Training Through Treatment, a charity that supports athletes and individuals recovering from cancer treatments.
