Four GritCycle Essentials You’ll Need for Class!

If you’re going to your first GritCycle class, or even if you’re a seasoned rider, plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get situated. Our team will happily show you around and set you up as needed. We’ve rounded up four key essentials you’ll definitely need before or after class. Don’t worry, we provide these at all four of our studios!

Celsius

Who doesn’t love a Celsius pre-class—morning riders am I right? We sell the popular energy drink for $3! Grab a cold one and choose from one of our many flavors. CELSIUS energy drinks are also Certified Vegan, Kosher, and non-GMO.

Spin Shoes

We have both men’s and women’s spin shoes you can rent for $2 in the studios! If you want to purchase shoes of your own, we can help you figure out the best option. The GritCycle team on duty will help you clip in and ensure you feel comfortable for your ride. Our bikes work with both SPD and Look Delta cleats.

Water Bottle

Did you forget your water bottle for class? It’s OK, we have our own branded water bottles for you to purchase at any of our studios. If you bring your own, we have filtered water dispensers so you never run out. Either way, we encourage you to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your ride!

Change of Clothes

Don’t forget to check out what retail we have for sale in our studios daily! We offer items including t-shirts, workout sets, sweatshirts, and hats. All are great options to ride in or use as your change of clothes for after class. If you’re new to Grit, and are wondering what to wear during your workout, we suggest any athletic clothing you feel comfortable in.
