Mark your calendars! GritCycle is partnering up with the Pasea Hotel for another Waves of Wellness event happening on Sunday, May 19th. Given that our previous event reached full capacity within 24 hours, we advise you to act swiftly to secure your spot.
We are also excited to share that we’ll be hosting an after-party at the Treehouse on PCH where we get to dance the night away. More details below:

- Waves of Wellness will take place on Sunday, May 19th, 2024
- One (1) Waves of Wellness ticket costs $147 excluding taxes and fees.
- One (1) afterparty ticket at the Treehouse on PCH costs $45 excluding taxes and fees.

2:00 pm – Open doors / Event begins
3:15 pm – Doors open to outdoor event
3:30 pm – 4:15 pm
- Group 1: Cycling with Danielle Prahl
- Group 2: HIIT with Peach
4:15 pm – 4:45 pm Break
4:45 pm – 5:30 pm:
- Group 1: HIIT with Peach
- Group 2: Cycling with Kaitlin Honeycutt
5:35 pm – Raffle winners are pulled
5:45 pm – Shopping, light snacks, and time to get ready for the after-party
6:30 pm – The Afterparty at Treehouse on PCH begins
8 pm – The grand prize raffle winner is pulled
9 pm – The afterparty concludes
What’s included in your Waves of Wellness ticket:
- An endorphin-boosting, 45-minute GritCycle class with an ocean view, taught by GritCycle instructors Danielle Prahl and Kaitlin Honeycutt.
- Make sure you bring your cycling shoes. If you do not own cycling shoes, GritCycle will provide cages so that you can ride in your tennis shoes.
- A booty blasting strength/HIIT class led by GritCycle instructor, Peach.
- Make sure you bring your mat for the strength class. If you do not own a mat, the hotel will provide large towels.
- Towels, water bottles, snacks, coffee, tea and other refreshments.
- Multiple health & wellness vendor booths offering samples and shopping.
- 6 raffle tickets upon check-in that give you the opportunity to win some incredible prizes from our vendors.
What’s included in your Treehouse on PCH afterparty ticket:
- One (1) complimentary GritCycle signature drink.
- One (1) additional drink ticket that you can use for a complimentary drink of your choice.
- Passed appetizers.
- One (1) raffle ticket to enter to win the GritCycle Grand Prize inclusive of a GritCycle 3-month unlimited membership, a GritCycle swag bag, and MORE!
- A DJ playing music all night long!
