At GritCycle, we’re proud to be more than just a place to sweat—it’s about community, connection, and respect for the ride. To help protect that experience for every rider, we’re implementing a new policy and sharing a few friendly etiquette reminders to help keep the studio environment running smoothly.
NEW POLICY: No Entry After 15 Minutes Into Class
Starting now, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your class has started, you will not be permitted to enter the studio.
We get it—life happens. But late arrivals can be distracting for the instructor and fellow riders. If you know you’re running behind, just give us a quick call at the front desk. We’ll hold your bike for up to 15 minutes, no problem. If we don’t hear from you, your spot may be given away to a waitlisted rider (see below 👇).
Calling Ahead Matters
If you’re running late and don’t notify the front desk, your bike may be released to someone on the waitlist 2 minutes before class begins. We have riders eager to hop on that bike—so please, a quick heads-up helps everyone.
Clean Up After Class
When the ride ends, we ask all riders to do a quick clean-up: drop your used towels in the clearly marked towel bins outside the studio. It takes just a few seconds, and helps keep our space clean and welcoming for the next class.
Phones + Wearable Tech Policy
To preserve the focused, immersive energy of the room:

Phones are not allowed inside the studio during class.

If you’re wearing an Apple Watch, please switch it to Theater Mode before class starts so the screen doesn’t flash and distract those around you (including your instructor!).
