Brittni is intense. She treats every class like a brand new experience and understands the magnitude each 45 minute endeavor can have on someone’s day. Brittni believes that Grit is a sacred place we can enter when we need to work through hard stuff, celebrate good stuff, and feel the support of our community. She understands how to take each rider on a curated journey centered around emotion and depth. The foundation of her teaching style is built on developing each rider’s psychological, spiritual, and emotional connection to the physical challenges that occur in each class.
Brittni plays a wide variety of music but LOVES aggressive, dramatic, heavy beats (REZZ, Apashe, ZHU, Odesza).

When she is teaching, she often allows herself to be vulnerable, to dredge up emotions/feelings and concepts that need to be purged or need to be invited in and she encourages her riders to try it also. “When we push our bodies our emotional state can become fragile. Riding gives us opportunities to develop internal toughness that can in turn change our actions outside of the studio environment.”
