Amelia fell in love with GritCycle when her sister took her to her first class back in 2017. She quickly recognized how incredibly unique and significant the community aspect of the studio was and knew she had to be a part of it. She became a GritCycle team member in 2019 and began instructing in 2021.
The most important things to her are for you to have fun and to feel confident about yourself from that first beat drop to the last sprint.
Amelia’s class is an absolute dance party incorporating hip hop, top 40, and always some pop-punk throwbacks to get your good vibes flowing. Whatever your reason for clipping in, Amelia will be with you every step of the way hyping you up and giving you the love and encouragement you deserve.
