I’ve been in the fitness industry for 6 years, specializing in strength training and indoor cycling. But fitness isn’t just something I coach. It’s the thing that helped me find myself again.
I’ve always been active, but throughout college, I completely lost a part of who I was. It wasn’t until I took a group fitness class in 2019 that something clicked. I found my people, my confidence, and a version of myself I didn’t even realize I was missing.
In 2020, I became a coach, and the rest is history.
My mission from day one? Be the coach for others that my coaches were for me.
Your coach. Your hype woman. Your occasional therapist. Your biggest cheerleader. The person screaming at you to turn up the resistance when your brain is telling you to quit.
But at the end of the day, I’m here to COACH YOU.
My goal in every class is simple: Make you feel seen, make you stronger, and make you laugh. Probably three times.
I want to push you outside your comfort zone. I want you to get comfortable being uncomfortable. I want you to surprise yourself with what you’re capable of. And when you think you have nothing left? Baby, we might just have another song.
My playlists and sequencing are intentional. Every beat, every climb, every push, and every strength block has a purpose. We’re building a full-body workout designed to challenge you in different ways.
Some days, we’re isolating muscle groups. Some days, we’re building strength and endurance. Some days, we’re questioning every life decision that led us to that final sprint.
But every day, we’re getting stronger.
Whether you’re brand new to the bike or you’ve been riding for years, my classes are for YOU. No ego. No judgment. Just good music, hard work, big energy, and a whole lot of love.
Come ready to sweat. Come ready to laugh. Come ready to work.
And whatever you do… don’t blame me for the playlist. Blame the aux.
Fun Fact: I took my first spin class in 2014 and didn’t touch a bike until 2019! I hated it at first and now it’s my full time career. My point is, stick around long enough with the things that make you uncomfortable. It might just surprise you how much you really are born to do something extraordinary.
The Goofball! The Jokester! The Walking Energy Drink! If you see me without my Açaí Energy drink in my hand before class… something terrible happened! If I’m not playlisting, putting combos together in my car, or teaching classes, I’m at home with the loves of my life. My handsome husband, and our two pups Asher (our disabled) Husky, and Bailey my little ball obsessed lab. I love the idea of still teaching in 10 years, maybe with some kids, or one day having a studio of my own. No dream is too big.
